Our Mission

We treat our guests with aloha, our owners as partners, our team as ohana, and our community as our kuleana.

Here at Coconut Condos, we believe that as a small business, it is not only our kuleana (responsibility) but our privilege to give back to our community.  We have been blessed with so much and it is our desire to use our business to improve the lives of others and let our lights shine.

Our desire is to give back locally, nationally and internationally and through much consideration our team has partnered with Habitat for Humanity, Ka Hale A Ke Ola Homeless Resource Center, A Cup of Cold Water, The Maui Food Bank, Dream Foundation and Compassion International.

We will donate a percentage of our profits to help fund local homes and housing projects for our community. Know that your booking helps better our community,to find out more information regarding Habitat for Humanity Maui, visit: www.habitat-maui.org.

We have joined forces with The Sonder Project, a global nonprofit company that is "focused on high-impact, sustainable projects aimed at ending extreme poverty and fighting hunger around the world." We have placed a reusable Sonder Project bag in each of the condos we manage and guests are ask to leave any unused, nonperishable food items in the bag at the end of their stay. The food is then donated to The Maui Food Bank. Click here to find out more.

Compassion International is a Christian humanitarian aid child sponsorship organization dedicated to the long-term development of children living in poverty around the world. We sponsor a Compassion child for each of the condos we manage and spend time writing to each of the children every few months as well. If you wonder how this will make a difference in a child's life, click here and watch a first-hand testimonial of a women, who through Compassion and her sponsor family, was able to defeat the cycle of poverty.

We are so blessed to live on Maui and we know that not everyone can make this trip in their lifetime. We have partnered with Dream Foundation, to help make Maui dreams come true for the terminally ill. Coconut Condos has had the opportunity to help facilitate seven Dream recipients since 2015. From our owners donating a week's stay to the community coming together and donating anything from a wedding to a luau; it has been a truly inspiring experience to witness the generosity of our small West Maui community.
