Great place & location - two nice pools, easy parking, 5 minute walk to heart of Lahaina

Beautiful Place!! The condo was so clean and in a great neighborhood. Walking distance from Front Street with tons of restaurants and the great Banyan Tree. we really enjoyed our trip.

This location is perfect. Within walking distance of Front Street and all the shops. Two pools which is nice if one is busy and BBQs to use if you don't want to eat out. Would recommend for sure.

My husband, teenage son and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was wonderful in our unit. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, very nice bathrooms and laundry. The pools and hot tub and the grounds were very well taken care of. The property was quiet even though it was full for spring break. Restaurants and shops just down the street. We loved it here and would highly recommend it!

The lady I spoke to to book the rooms in Jan was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

The location of this condo was excellent for walking out to Front Street for shopping and eating and surfing. The condo itself was clean and well maintained except for the toilet, which seemed to have a hard time filling up and made an annoying sounds. The grounds were peaceful for the most part. We got used to the early AM rooster calls since we were on PST having flown in from SF. The pools were a great respite from the heat, and we spent many lazy hours in them. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

We have always enjoyed south Ka'anapali, and the Alii is a great property and has a great location. This unit was as advertised - clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. Owners were easy to work with, check in process went smoothly. I would stay again for sure.

Couldnt have asked for better communication from booking and throughout our stay. Always prompt to reply.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay. The mid week cleaning was worth every penny to freshen the room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Coconut Condos! The unit itself is comfortable and spacious. We really appreciated the towels, washer/dryer, and huge pool. The location was great as we were able to walk to front street and foodland to grab food and essentials. Checking in and out was easy as well. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time I'm on the island!

Spring Break 2022. This was the perfect location! We could walk anywhere, had the pool outside of the condo, and plenty of kitchen supplies to make some small meals (which is what we wanted. There was plenty to make a full meal, too). The temperature was easy to control and the bathrooms were spotless. My bed had a few bugs that freaked me out at first, but are common to the area (like minuscule mosquitoes that dont bite). That was handled quickly! We will definitely be back and have friends that are hopefully booking for 2023. Mahalo!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location! Convenient access to the beach, shopping and restaurants in Lahaina! We all had a fabulous stay!

First the management company was great. We had a few minor issues, mainly because it was the first time this place was rented, and they came right out and fixed them. Great communication along the way on what to expect.

We went in late march and were the first visitors at the new VRBO. Overall an excellent experience. A few notes that are pretty obvious in the description and pictures. The beach was nice for walking and beginning surfers, but not good for laying on. The nearby highway does have traffic but it is pretty light at night and we never once woke up to it. Not a surprise for me but my wife is a pretty light sleeper. The condo is beautiful, you won't regret it!

We enjoyed that the location was a short walking distance to the main street of Lahaina close to the shops, restaurants, stores and historic landmarks. The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We would recommend this location highly.

The condo was perfect for two small families! The location was close to good restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We spent a few days just at the pool because it was so nice! I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our recent stay with our granddaughter. This property met or exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfectquiet, yet close enough to walk to Kanaapali beach and Whalers Village restaurants. Loved the outdoor lanai and roominess of the condo. If youre looking for a perfect Maui retreat we highly recommend this unit!
