Come stay with us and enjoy island living Puamana-style! Puamana is a lovely gated community adjacent to the beach town of Lahaina, Maui. At Puamana you can swim, surf & SUP at the private beach, soak up the sun and cool off in the pools (one is oceanfront!), play tennis or relax under the coconut trees, and enjoy stunning sunset views of Lanai’i, Kahoolawe, and Molokai. From Puamana, it's a short bike ride or 20 minute walk to quaint, downtown Lahaina's Front Street with award winning beach front restaurants (also shave ice & gelato!), lots of shopping, art galleries, a harbor and the largest banyan tree in Hawaii.
The serene, central location of townhouse 64-1 means you'll have an easy 1-2 minute walk to Puamana's beach and all three pools. This 1,150 sq. ft. Coconut Condos Premier Platinum 2bd/2ba Puamana townhouse includes a downstairs master suite with a comfy king bed, TV, large walk-in closet, private bathroom and laundry. The main living area includes a second bathroom, a well supplied kitchen with gorgeous views of the park-like clubhouse and tennis courts, an inside dining area, and a living room with a large TV and a queen sofa sleeper. Upstairs in the private loft are two twin beds, a play area, sitting area and desk. And accessible from the living room via three sliding glass doors is a large, private outdoor lanai with a large table, chairs, BBQ and lounge chairs. In total, this roomy townhouse can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Puamana has a 1/2 mile stretch of beach just a two-minute walk off the lanai! (Please note that Puamana's sandy beach is seasonal.) For surfers or aspiring surfers, Puamana is the home of several surf breaks within walking distance and minutes from other popular surf spots. Head to Lahaina and surf Breakwall or Harbors, or you can surf to the south, just a 2-5 minute drive at Puamana Park or Launiupoko Beach Park. No worries if surfing is not your thing. Rent a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and tour around the Puamana coast or just relax on the beach and dig sand castles.

We vacationed with our 5-year old twins at Puamana and loved our stay in 64-1! The condo was perfect with a King-suite for the parents, and twin beds upstairs. The closet in the master would also fit a pack and play if you prefer to keep your little(s) closer by! The location of the condo is prime as it's surrounded by Puamana's three pools (1-3 minute walk, tops) There is even a mango tree outside that we ate from! Additionally, Puamana was perfect for our young family as it felt safe and secure. There is a gated entrance and traffic is minimal. This allowed our kids to bring their Razor scooters and they loved practicing their wheels throughout the property! The lanai is safe and private, complete with a high-end BBQ. You could have a fabulous vacation without ever having to leave the property! (Although other Maui adventures call...)

Our stay was overall a wonderful experience! I really appreciated the detailed communication from coconut condos. The emails regarding how to get to the condo from the airport, how to get into the condo, the different gate codes, and check out instructions made our stay that much easier! The condo was absolutely beautiful and very well-kept. All of the kitchenware we needed was easily accessible and in good condition. The location was perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 15-20 minute walk to Lahaina was super ideal for us! I would recommend staying in Puamana 64-1 to anyone and cannot wait to visit again!

We were very pleased with the hospitality of Coconut Condos! We had other family stay within Puamana and other condos on Maui and their experience was not as pleasant as ours. Our condo was impeccably clean, all kitchen appliances worked properly, plenty of linens, washer and dryer was great! We just could not have asked for a better experience with Coconut Condos! We will for sure use them again when we return to Maui!!

The location of 64-1 was amazing. The condo was about 150 yards from the ocean, the clubhouse, and all 3 pools and a walkable distance into the quaint town of Lahaina. Out the kitchen window was a beautiful, giant lawn, home to a massive, shady tree. The layout of the condo itself was perfect for our family. The airy kitchen is adjacent to the family room, which opens onto a large lanai (patio) with chaise lounge chairs, a BBQ, and a nice dining table where we ate dinner every night. The downstairs master bedroom was just right (with a walk-in closet, private bathroom and a good bed!) and the upstairs loft is somehow both cozy and spacious. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Coconut Condo folks were great to work with. It was easy to connect with a real person, right away over the phone. They answered all our needs and called to check in at the beginning and end of our stay to make sure we were doing well and to see if we had any questions.

We loved our 3-generation stay at Puamana 64-1! The accommodations were beautifully situated, perfect for our needs and extremely convenient. The condo is located close to three pools, the beach, clubhouse and Tennis courts. Literally something for everyone is our diverse party. The Coconut Condos team provided a "baby bundle" which included a pack-n-play, umbrella stroller and eating seat. The condo was also stocked with all kinds of fun beach toys including reclining chairs, boogie boards and coolers. Our group chose to cook in-house most nights and the kitchen was full of everything we needed plus the grill on the Lanai was perfect! The Puamana setting is beautifully landscaped and had our kids been older (they are currently 5-months old) I would have felt really good about letting them wander around unsupervised because it is a gated community. We will certainly be making another trip back to Puamana 64-1!

Your team was excellent. We know, we own a vacation property in Colorado. They answered the phones and were very bright cheery and courteous. All the directions and codes were given to us in a timely manner.

You could not ask for a more clean, bright, and well-manicured property. This unit screamed Maui all the way. We were a very short walk to the beach area, 3 pools, and the clubhouse. The unit was stocked with everything you need for sleeping, cooking, and entertaining. We had a huge Thanksgiving dinner for 9 family members with no problem. The BBQ and blender were awesome. Two essentials you need on a HI vacation. The pina coladas blended up nicely!! It was the little things like extra beach equipment such as chairs, cooler, umbrella, and mats that topped off the experience. The owners clearly know how to treat their gusts. We will be back. "Thank you so much for Coconut Condos' donation and coordination with Dream Foundation to give me and my daughter my dream vacation in Maui. For one week I was able to forget my cancer and all the associated problems and just enjoy myself. Being able to watch my daughter compete in the Xterra World Championship off-road triathlon and running with her in the Xterra 5K was amazing. The snorkeling, sailing, luau, and massage were wonderful. But having such a wonderful experience staying at our condo with Coconut Condos brought everything together. Wow! Sensational unit with outstanding location!
Our family of 5 loved (loved!) unit 64-1. We recently spent 9 marvelous nights in this spacious, light, immaculate, and peaceful end unit. The large lanai with dining table and comfy seating expanded the living space even further. We delighted in daily hammock time.
We enjoyed fresh picked mangoes daily from the beautiful tree outside the kitchen window. Kids enjoyed huge yard and close proximity to pools and tennis courts. Location of unit, while not oceanfront, was very close to the water. We could hear the waves breaking and walk easily to great surf spots in <5 minutes.
Beach supplies - chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler - all came in handy. Kitchen and laundry appliances were all recent models and well stocked.
The Puamana community has a friendly and laid-back vibe. It was nice to be close to, but not caught up in, the liveliness of Lahaina. This 64-1 unit , itself, was a fantastic place to both revel in the great outdoor adventures that Maui has to offer as well as unplug and chillax. Can't wait to return!
