When originally trying to book this Condo on Airbnb, April with Coconut Condos replied quickly and advised us to book directly through their site. This knocked off a huge chunk of money for our stay and April was wonderful to converse with.
We also opted not to park at the property at first, as the rate was a little steep (we thought). But upon arrival, we decided it would be best and the lady at the front was very accomdating even though it is usually required you pay up front for parking before your trip.
The groundskeepers, and security were so polite when we came across them as well!
This was our first time visiting Maui. We had the most amazing experience mainly because of the location, amd ease of this Condo. A 2 bedroom was perfect for our family as usually we are all crammed in a small room with kids at resorts. Also, every condo comes with everything you could need for a toddler which made our stay even more relaxing, not having to worry about lugging more than we needed on our travels to and from Maui. This condo was located right down the road from Front street which was fabulous for dining and shopping, and also right down the street from Baby Beach. Which we visited every day, sometimes twice a day during our 9 night stay! The pools on the property were beautiful and clean. The grills were so nice to have access to which we used quite a few times. The property was well maintained! The condo itself was overall just amazing and makes us never want to stay at a hotel again. I almost don't want to let the secret out, so we have a chance of booking again as I know these condos fill up quick. And rightfully so.
Best location, and stay for your money! We have 0 complaints, and that says a lot for a family with a toddler, and hard to please 9 year old! We cannot wait to visit again soon!

Excellent experience overall! The Coconut Condos team were quick and effective with all their communications prior to arrival. In addition, we were able to call and email them with questions prior to arrival, which they responded to promptly.
Again, excellent experience overall! The condo was clean and comfortable and spacious. It was also conveniently located near Front Street, Safeway, and all the main roads that you would need in order to get to the major sights in Maui. We particularly appreciated the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and made use of the handy in-unit laundry after all our beach excursions--you would never find these amenities in a hotel room! Fabulous stay!

The team at Coconut Condos was outstanding! The team at the front was incredibly friendly and we're very easy to arrange cabs with. We also found it very easy to find bookings for popular shows on the island with the concierge right near the pool!
Overall, our stay at Coconut Condos was breathtaking and I would highly recommend it to friends and family visiting the island! The amenities in the rooms were abundant and we had more than enough items to take with us to the beach which was great! The ease of getting to grocery stores and restaurants as well, was a huge plus. A truly wonderful experience and an easy 5-star rating!

We require 50% of payment at time of reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard and Discover.
Onsite parking at Aina Nalu is available for $20/day. This payment must be paid by Tuesday the week prior to your arrival. This is offered as a courtesy to you, as the process of purchasing a parking pass after arrival can sometimes be inconvenient. Purchasing the parking pass in advance will ensure that it is in your condo when you arrive.
In an effort to provide a more affordable option for our guests, we have negotiated a special "Coconut Condos Rate" with Republic Parking lot located at 129 Dickenson St. (at the corner of Dickenson and Waine’e). The rate is $12 per 24 hours. We will provide the required parking pass that must be visible on the dashboard of your car at all times for rate to be valid. You will find this parking pass in the information binder in your condo. There is free but limited street parking nearby, too.
