We invite you to experience our wonderful 2 bedroom (*second bedroom is an open loft)/1 bathroom ocean view Kahana Villa! This condo includes a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen-sized bed in the upstairs loft. Located on the top floor of this building, the sweeping ocean views and beach breeze that surround this property truly make it feel like the ultimate paradise during your relaxing Maui vacation.
E614 looks out on Kahana’s sandy ‘S Turns’ beach and Pohaku Park, both across the street, as seen in the photos from the lanai. This unit was just renovated and the owner is excited to share these fabulous updates with you, some of which include a brand new split level AC, new tile floor, granite countertops, and a completely remodeled kitchen and bathroom. In addition to these items, the owner has installed a staircase to lead up to the loft (great for those of you hoping to utilize this space as a second bedroom), increasing the livable space to 856 square feet. This corner unit includes large windows that face North, South, and West, bringing in the gorgeous natural light that Maui has to offer. The view of the ocean from the sixth floor was beautiful! Great location, close to great beaches and shopping and convenience store! The beach nearby and the convenient store were a few of our favorite nearby places. There was lots of useful information in the condo binder and pamphlets. Didnt get to use the pool as we stayed busy but looked very inviting at night! The property always very quiet at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was really well laid out and the view was great. Morning coffee on the balcony looking into the ocean was a perfect way to start the day. We are very happy with our visit through Coconut Condos and wouldnt hesitate to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious for the 3 of us and really well laid-out. The view to the ocean was calming and every morning we soaked it in enjoying our coffee on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great although we had it off the majority of the time as we didnt find it too hot. We wouldnt hesitate to come back again :)

We had the BEST vacation ever. The property is just as pictured - steps away from the beach and a 5-minute drive north from some of the bigger/more expensive resorts. We had a party of 6 and fit perfectly. The view of the ocean from the living room is gorgeous, the kitchen well-stocked and the beds (including the sofa bed) extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thank you Coconut Condos for being so responsive with helping to find a rollaway bed and bringing sheets immediately for the sofa bed.

What an incredible experience! My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Maui celebrating our honeymoon & my husbands birthday. This island is beyond words.
We beach hopped, took the road to Hana (and beyond), surfed (or at least attempted to) check out Eric @ SurfSup Beaches. Great rentals & inside local tips.
