We loved staying in I209 at the Coconut Condos. The convenient location was perfect for our active family. The condo was clean and comfortable and we were within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, surf lessons, luaua, etc. We would definitely plan to stay there again.

Very helpful over the phone. I probably did not need 13 emails and 3 reminder calls about my stay. Cutting this in thirds would be plenty, though I do appreciate having the information.

Loved it! Our condo was the perfect size. Beds were cosy. The kitchen was clean and adequate with plenty of space to work. The bathrooms were awesome. We were glad to have the washer and dryer. Based on the amount of parking that was actually used, I have no idea why it should cost so much to use it. Street parking was easy though. Having the BBQs at the pool was fantastic! Location couldn't be better for ease of walking to shops, grocery, coffee, and the piers. It's also easy to jump on the highway.

The only problem I had was the extra charge for parking I thought that what we paid for the condo that parking should have been included. Managers Response: "Aloha Juanita, Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us at Aina Nalu. In regards to parking, it is managed by a third party and all guest have to pay an additional fee to park onsite. Please know that we do provide the following options for our guests: Street parking is free and onsite parking at Aina Nalu is available at a pre-paid rate of $17.50/day. This payment must be paid by the Wednesday prior to your arrival. Payment on site will be $20/day at the Outrigger front desk. We also have negotiated rates with Republic parking which is kitty cornered on Dickenson and Wainee Street for $10/day. Again, thank you for your feedback. Onsite parking at Aina Nalu is available for $20/day. This payment must be paid by Tuesday the week prior to your arrival. This is offered as a courtesy to you, as the process of purchasing a parking pass after arrival can sometimes be inconvenient. Purchasing the parking pass in advance will ensure that it is in your condo when you arrive.
In an effort to provide a more affordable option for our guests, we have negotiated a special "Coconut Condos Rate" with Republic Parking lot located at 129 Dickenson St. (at the corner of Dickenson and Waine’e). The rate is $12 per 24 hours. We will provide the required parking pass that must be visible on the dashboard of your car at all times for rate to be valid. You will find this parking pass in the information binder in your condo. There is free but limited street parking nearby, too
