Our stay in K202 was perfect! My husband and our two adult daughters spent three nights here. The set up was perfect for our family demographics...parents with adult children. The two bathrooms and washer and dryer were wonderful! I would highly recommend purchasing parking ahead of time. We didn't, but when we got there, there were no vacant parking spaces on the street. We immediately went to the front desk and purchased parking. We could have saved a little money purchasing ahead of time, but we wanted to see what the parking situation was like. One recommendation...PURCHASE PARKING! I don't know if we will ever make it back to Hawaii, but if we do I would definitely stay at Coconut Condos!

"What a great condo! Perfectly located - close to everything; WiFi, pools, gecko's. We enjoyed the easy walks to the beach and all the historic places in Lahaina. All the maps were very helpful, and don't forget to utilize the concierge service by the big pool. Those gals make it happen (just ask)! This is a great home base. Yes, parking should be allowed in the lots - it is pretty empty, but if you can hoof it, there is parking down off Prison street in the Republic Parking lot, or on the street. Staying here are two Airbnb hosts - and the site gets two thumbs up from them. Definitely would stay again! Thanks for the touches of Aloha and Hospitality."

The staff far exceeded my expectations. I travel a lot and found this to be one of the best experiences I've had. Each staff member I spoke with was extremely helpful. If they didn't have an answer to my question, they took down my phone/email and I received extremely prompt follow-up.

I had a great and smooth experience and did not require a lot of contact with the staff, but any contact I did have was very welcoming and professional. I received appropriate phone calls to confirm bookings and inquire if I had any questions. There was also an issue with a non-functioning coffee maker in the rental, which was addressed very promptly. I was very satisfied with my interactions with team members.
Great unit, convenient location, had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay!

We require 50% of payment at time of reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard and Discover.
Onsite parking at Aina Nalu is available for $20/day. This payment must be paid by Tuesday the week prior to your arrival. This is offered as a courtesy to you, as the process of purchasing a parking pass after arrival can sometimes be inconvenient. Purchasing the parking pass in advance will ensure that it is in your condo when you arrive.
In an effort to provide a more affordable option for our guests, we have negotiated a special "Coconut Condos Rate" with Republic Parking lot located at 129 Dickenson St. (at the corner of Dickenson and Waine’e). The rate is $10 per 24 hours. We will provide the required parking pass that must be visible on the dashboard of your car at all times for rate to be valid. You will find this parking pass in the information binder in your condo. There is free but limited street parking nearby, too.
