The emails before our trip were super helpful when we arrived. The only thing that could have been more clear was that D109 is in the Ginger building. We had trouble figuring that out.
We had a wonderful experience at Coconut Condos. We could walk out our back door to lovely pool and hot tub and access to grills. The personal kitchen and laundry can't be beat. Bathrooms were very nice. We liked being within walking distance to shopping/restaurant district and beaches. Very close to zipline, surfing lessons, and grocery store (Foodland). Had an amazing time and would love to come often if we could afford it!

Staying and Aina Nalu for the fourth time is beginning to feel like home. It is centrally located in Lahaina. At the end of the day you can relax in the pool or jacuzzi and look up at the stars. We will be staying there again in the future.

From start to finish, an excellent experience! Your customer service people helped us choose the unit that best matched what we wanted. E-mail communication prior to our arrival was thorough and timely. They kept in contact by phone during our stay to make sure all was well. Thanks to all, especially Allison!
We loved the unit (D109), not just for it's beauty and comfort but also for it's location. Our back door opened up to the large pool area and we were only about 30 feet from a most comfortable palapa.

With all of the parking that was available on the property each day/night, I found it a little ridiculous that you guys charged so much for parking as there really was no need for that. Managers Response: "Aloha Kristena, thank you for completing our survey and the feedback you have provided us. We understand your frustration in regards to parking, however, it is currently managed by a third party. At this time, we are able to offer our guest a discounted pre-paid rate of $17.50/day or we like to recommend the use of Republic Parking which is located on the corner of Dickenson and Wainee street for $10/24 hours. Everything was great. Instructions and communication were straightforward and included all of the info we needed to have a great stay.
The condo was as advertised and the kid/baby amenities were perfect for my family. Location was GREAT for a stay on Maui and the landscaping and layout of the complex made the ambiance. Our next trip to Maui will definitely include a stay at this property again.

Have rented many properties in Florida and never had the friendliness and professionalism as with Coconut Condos. Had maintenance issue and had response within 10 minutes and repair (which could have been major) done within two hours. Extremely impressed!

We require 50% of payment at time of reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard and Discover.
Onsite parking at Aina Nalu is available for $20/day. This payment must be paid by Tuesday the week prior to your arrival. This is offered as a courtesy to you, as the process of purchasing a parking pass after arrival can sometimes be inconvenient. Purchasing the parking pass in advance will ensure that it is in your condo when you arrive.
In an effort to provide a more affordable option for our guests, we have negotiated a special "Coconut Condos Rate" with Republic Parking lot located at 129 Dickenson St. (at the corner of Dickenson and Waine’e). The rate is $12 per 24 hours. We will provide the required parking pass that must be visible on the dashboard of your car at all times for rate to be valid. You will find this parking pass in the information binder in your condo. There is free but limited street parking nearby, too.
