We booked through Airbnb and it was clear from the lady at the front desk that she did not handle this. Managers Response: Aloha Maxine, We apologize that the front desk was not helpful to you. "Loved staying here! We felt very at home in Puamana - loved that a lot of people call the neighborhood home. Felt like we were in a low-keyed resort, but didn't have to contend with the negatives of a large resort. Sunsets at the quiet pool were an evening favorite. Would stay again in a heartbeat!"

The community was very friendly, clean and welcoming...a bit of a throw back to the 50's with kids movie night on the lawn and pizza for,the parents in the clubhouse. We really enjoyed our stay! It was everything we had expected. We will be planning another stay for sure!!! We had a 6 year old, 14 & 16 year old and our room location right at the pool was just perfect! The short walk to Front Street was just what we were hoping for. Emails were great and informative. Really no other contact.

We enjoyed the walking ability throughout Lahaina. Parking is a bit of a nuisance. We noticed there would be quite a few cars during the day when you could park for free, but in the evening very few were willing to pay the $20 fee. We would suggest for they charged $10 they would probably double the parking revenue. The property was very quiet, clean and lush. We were very pleased with the style of the decor. Very nice touch with the cold towels in the fridge on arrival. Aloha Linda, Thank you so much for completing our survey. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the location of Aina Nalu along with its decor. In regards to parking, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, parking is managed by a third party. At this time, we are now able to offer our guests a pre-paid rate of $17.50/day. Payment must be paid 7 days prior to arrival to receive this discounted rate. We didn't have any face to face contact with anyone, but the information we received prior to our arrival was all very helpful. Easy and efficient check in and check out process. Love the door code system. Great directions were given from the airport, we had no trouble finding the place. Aloha Jordan, Thank you so much for completing our survey. We loved our stay here. We didn't spend a lot of time in our rooms but they were clean and nice. The easy access to the pools was great for our kids (and us). And the provision of beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs was so wonderful. We used that stuff everyday! We also loved the access to bbq's and the large tables near the pools. We ate our supper out there most nights.
